We're now in the process of a big remodel at a home in Superior. We started with a 2000 sq ft basement refinish which includes a full bath, 2 bedrooms, wine cellar and storage area. Outside we're building a covered patio, with fireplace and outside kitchen. Inside, the plan is for all new flooring, fireplaces, kitchen remodel and 2 bathroom remodels. Already have some initial inspection approvals for the basement framing and concrete/helical pier work for the patio. Moving along on schedule.
