Bresciani Builders rebuilt three decks at our mountain property. Jake helped us with materials selection and provided very straightforward, reasonable pricing. They assisted us with obtaining the required permit including providing very professional drawings to submit to the county. After receiving the permit, the crew mobilized and started the construction in a very timely manner. This was not a straightforward project due to the steep slopes. The largest deck was 15 feet above the ground. The crew worked diligently to complete the project in accordance with the scheduled they provided. They were extremely professional throughout the entire construction process. We were extremely pleased with the new decks - they are structurally sound, very functional and beautiful. Several of the surrounding neighbors have commented on how nice the decks look. We definitely recommend Bresciani Builders and would certainly use them again.
