The project
This project was delayed as a result of a positive asbestos test. We mitigated the problem and began the addition. The customer asked for changes along the way and as always we obliged. Inspections went smoothly with the exception of the location of a new electrical panel. We met the building departments requirements and all was well. Passing the final inspection is always rewarding and the customers were very happy with their new family room addition and finished garage which turns out to be like an extension of the home.

Before project begins
The project started out ok, but we found out during the project that the home had asbestos so we had to get mitigated. The client made multiple changes to the plans which required re-submittal to the building department for approval. Learn More
